How to make the most of your EVENINGS in Paris
And introducing our newest PDF guide to Paris.
Paris by night. So many possibilities. Sure, it’s easy to create magical memories with a stroll along the Seine or a cobblestoned Marais street.
But there are also more than 5,000 restaurants, over 2,000 bars, and hundreds of shows every night.
So where to begin?
If you’ve only got a few nights in the city, you simply can’t afford to get it wrong.
In this week’s podcast episode, we talk you through how to do it best. After all, we’ve lived in Paris for the past ten years and spent a lot of evenings out. And more importantly, for the past ten weeks we’ve been professionally and competitively exploring Paris by night.
What I mean by that: We just spent 10 weeks making a full bonus season of podcasts for Earful members called Why Not Wednesday, where we went out every single Wednesday night seeking things to do in Paris, including everything from live music to dinners in iconic settings.
This week’s episode features a few practical tips (why not split up dinner and dessert between two places, for example) and some tangible recommendations too (the Racines restaurant in the Passage des Panoramas was a real hit).
And newsflash: This has all culminated in the launch of our new PDF guide to Evenings Out in Paris, which you can buy on this link for 14.99 euros.
So in this guide, we’ve put together 40 excellent things to do in Paris, together with six unique itineraries for your own nights out in Paris. These are based on the past few months we’ve spent exploring the city, and enriched with our findings over the past ten years.
I’ve just finished sending this new PDF guide to everyone who was actively vocal about this new season, and who chipped into the babysitting tip jar (it’s never too late to do the same). For everyone else, please buy it here. All proceeds will go into the next season of our Paris explorations.
If you’re keen to listen to the full season of Why Not Wednesday, you can find all the episodes via Patreon or via Substack (but only if you’re a member!)
Membership takes only a minute to set up on Patreon, or Substack. Thank you for keeping this channel independent.
Here’s to many wonderful evenings in Paris!
Oliver

The PDF is a great idea and I definitely think you should do more!
